1. Promotional Sweepstakes, Not Gambling

Our sweepstakesare promotional and operate on a no-purchase-necessary basis. A freeAlternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is always available, and free entriesreceive the same number of entries, the same odds, and the same prizeeligibility as any paid entry. We are not a casino, sportsbook, or internetgambling operator, and we do not accept bets or wagers.

2. No Unlawful Internet Gambling

Unlawfulinternet gambling is prohibited. Consistent with the Unlawful Internet GamblingEnforcement Act (UIGEA) and Regulation GG, we do not offer or knowingly processany transaction that constitutes an unlawful internet bet or wager. We restrictaccess from jurisdictions where our games are prohibited or restricted.
